What Causes Painful Swelling In The Joints While Having Ulcerative Colitis?

I have ulcerative colitis and I am looking for the medication that they call they Penton and I cannot find that medication at all I just cleared up a lot I need help with it I don t know what to do when my joints are hurting me my feet feel like it s kind of numbing and it s really painful
