General & Family Physician 's  Response
In my opinion you are suffering from boil a hair follicle infection of bacteria.

It may heal by its own within 2-3 weeks period.
You should do
1.Apply warm compresses to lesion to speed up healing

2.Wash hands 4-5 times a day.

3.Do not touch other body parts after touching the lesion.

4.Take a advice of your family physician, after examining, doctor will decide to give antibiotics or not.

Regards.
