What Causes Painful Sores On Face?
Hey I have riced sores on my face face and our spreading there extremely painful and they are filled with fluid and And blood I go through a lot of pain to get off I need fluid out to stop the posting pain in the hour I m in extreme pain again that s been going on for a week along with that I know I have a fever sore throat and fatigue. Please is there anything you can tell me what are these they are not pimples
