Then this morning it seem to hurt when I breathed on my upper back near my left shoulder; now it hurts when I breathe in the front of my chest near shoulder.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Welcome at HCM
I have gone through your query and being your physcian i completely understand your health concerns.
What is ur age and sex? for how long u are suffering from it? any other associated problem? like diabetes or hypertension? any history of TB in past or exposure to TB? are u having fever? any cough? are u smoker?
The pain which u have described appear to be muscular in origin or more or less seem to originate from the respiratory tract instead of cardiac origin. you should meet ur doctor for diagnosis
if i am your attending physician i will look for your CHEST x ray along with the ECG. In light of these tests and relevant physical examination i will be able to interpret anything.
Meanwhile stay calm and use acetaminophen to relieve pain and meet your doctor.
get well soon
Hope your query is adequately addressed if you still have any feel free to ask
Regards
Dr Saad Sultan
