What Causes Painful Seizing Up Of Muscles And Extreme Pain In Legs?

I had a fulkerson osteotomy with lateral release on my left leg in June 2014. In that leg my muscles and tendons keep seizing and it is quite painful. In October 2014 I had the same surgery on my right leg , my knee is super painful and clicks in and out when straightening it and both legs turn reddish purple when standing for more than 20 minutes. I dont know what to do im only 30. I can barely make it up my stairs.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, such post surgical sign and symptoms could be due to circulatory disturbances and this may take some time to come around, care need to be taken for infection, try to keep the leg in elevated position and do not bend the knee, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
