What Causes Painful Red Bumps Under The Armpit?

I have several red bumps under my armpit. They are painful I aplied a hot compress and eventually I was able to squeeze the pus out. I cleaned it wit. They are extremely painful and put a bandaid on it and it went away. Now they are back again. Not sure what they are or what causes them. They are extremely painful.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Thanks for using HCM, I understand your concern and will try to give you my medical advice, you have Hidradenitis that is an inflammation of sweat glands, the common treatment is antibiotic and some OTC ( anti-inflammatory and pain killers) I recommend you go to the doctor because is not your first time and Im thinking that you have Hidradenitis suppurativa and that is a chronic condition, when you get better I suggest to you use a light deodorant ( no the greasy one) and wash your armpits more than 2-3 times/day( you can use a wipes) doing this you are avoiding obstruction in your glands ducts. I hope that my advice has been helpful and take care
