What Causes Painful Rashes On The Legs?

Hi, For the past 2 months I ve been dealing with a rash on my legs that feels like of scaly and it also leaks this fluid. I believe its from an allergic reaction but after taking some medicine for it its still there. Its getting to the point where i can t stand on my feet for more than an hour since my legs are in pain. I ve also developed a rash on the back of my knees which enables me to move them more than 90 degrees. I ve trying to do some research an i have some sort of hives or possibly cellulitis. I don t know what is actually happening but I would like to know before it gets life threatening.

I do understand your pain and discomfort.
As per history is concerned your problem has many pathological causes so follow_:
1)check whether you have superficial reddening of the skin,Swelling,Warmth along with pain? if yes then do CBC with differential.
2)If infection present then Take [ceftriaxone-one gm injection]if cleaning is required remove dead tissue.
3)Do you have Absent or diminished pulse in the legs or feet?
