What Causes Painful Muscle Spasms In Tongue And Neck?
i am 39 5ft 9 165 lbs. I am active enough to be able to run a few miles at a time. I have had muscle spasims tonight in my tongue and neck. There is very several pain associated with it and numbness. I have had it happen twice before in the last two years however it happened twice tonight. Any ideas?
