What Causes Painful Lumps On The Back Of The Head?
I have two bumps on the back of my head that have started off sore and gotten more painful to touch each day for last couple of days I have had them before and they go away but it seems to increasing each time I am just curious if it s muscle tension or a chemical/hormonal thing

In most cases, this is just a swollen lymph node which doesn't require any specific treatment.
Also, considering your description this maybe some other benign subcutaneous lesion such as lipoma, fibroma or atheroma and if there are no skin changes such as redness, pus discharge or pain and fever then you should not be worried since it can be easily surgically removed under local anesthesia.
Then there are doubts it can be sent to the patohistologic analysis.
