What Causes Painful Lump Under The Eye?

Hi,about 3 weeks ago I had a panoramic at my dentist no abnormalities were detected a week later my mom informed me my left side of my face was swollen, then I felt a mass on my jaw under my eye it is hard if I palpate it it hurts sends pain up into my ear and occ I have pain from the area up into my head. wondering what is going on can you help me.I have a constant pain in my ear like a ear ache there is swelling under my eye back to my ear,

Hi,

I would advise you to get an X-ray done for the area and if it doesn't help you in getting the condition diagnosed then please get an MRI done to evaluate the cause. It could be an infection setting in or collection of blood or a growth over the area.
