What Causes Painful Lump In The Clitoris?

Under my clitoral hood above my actual clitoris is a weird brown lump from what I can see and it hurts to touch. Ive been thinking of trying to pull it out as it feels like a weird scab or something but it hurts too much. I can masturbate and touch it just not the top where it is.

Hello
i had gone through your question and i can understand your concern
this lump at clitoris could be due to STI
i would like further information to help you better
like your age
history of unprotected intercourse
Does it bleed or discharge

in my opinion you should consult your gynaecologist for examination and investigations like blood for hemoglobin and CBC urine test for culture and sensitivity

you may require a course of antibiotics with antiseptic solutions to be washed witg and applied locally
maintain good hygiene
Hot water bath will be helpful
wishing you good health
I find this answer helpful
