What Causes Painful Lump Below The Pelvis?
my son has a lump just appear in front above lleg and just below pelvis on right side. with pain and made him sick this morning. just to the right of pubic area. He had do a lot of walking with his pockets full of tools but did not notice any discomfort during work but next morning had a lump and pain

It can be an infection that's why he is having a lump. He should do an urine analysis first and also get checked the skin for possible boils.
