What Causes Painful Labia?
Hello. I accidentally got hit between my legs /very/ harshly by my boyfriend s knee and days later I had a lump, the size of a walnut, that pulses, feels hot to the touch, and its very painful in my labia and that blocks the access to my vaginal opening. It feels hard to the touch and it bothers me when I stay up. What could it be? Thank you

From history it seems that there might be having some blood collection on labia producing small hematoma following hit.
Now there might be having some induration and infection giving you trouble.
Go for one antibiotic medicine for 3-5 days.
Apply ice pack 2-3 times a day for 2-3 days.
Ok and take care.
