What Causes Painful Knots In The Neck And Shoulder Pain While Having Spinal Stenosis?
I have been diagnosed with spinal stenosis. After an exercise class my neck began to hurt and made it impossible for me to turn my head or sleep in a bed. Right now my shoulders ache but when I turn my head my neck feels that there are knots that are very tight. This has gone on for over a week. Could this also be caused from the stenosis?
