I have a knot one the back of neck between hairline and base of neck. It start just a little before spin and goes to the right about the size of a quarter. It is only painful to touch. I have a slight headache and stiff in neck and shoulders. I do have a history of migraines so unsure if it is related. I do have a rash on other spots of body that are itchy but this spot isn't it only burns a little. What could this be? I will go see
Dr if need be.
