What Causes Painful Irritating Large Bump On Penis?
Hello sir ,I'm 20 years old ,I have a large bump pimple like one around 3cm ,exactly above my left side of my penis ,it is paining very much if I touch it .and I'm having one more problem for so much days ,my tip (head)of my penis is feeling irritated very frequently particularly in the days while I don't drink less water ,and those time I feel like urinating and if I go to pass the urine only few drops are coming out ,it is irritating too much ,can you please help me out .

Well come to HCM
This could be infective boil this could be due to some bacteria, if I would be treating doctor then I would treat this case with the following medicines,
1) Tab Ibuprofen 400 mg three times in day
2) Tab Cefdinir 300 mg twice in day for five days
