Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Most common cause for painful Intercourse is vaginal dryness. And most common cause for this is dehydration, stress and anxiety. So first of all drink plenty of fluids orally and keep yourself hydrated. Avoid stress and tension, be relax and calm. Enjoy your sex life. Spend more time in foreplay. Get done hormone levels to rule out hormonal imbalance because this can also cause irregular menses and painful Intercourse. You may need hormone pills to regulate hormones. Once your hormones are normalize, you will be alright.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
