Hi..
Thanks for the query..
I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..
As per the symptoms that you have explained, it seems that the small hole in the gums behind the last tooth is due to the wisdom tooth only and although the space must be less for the complete tooth to erupt but when the tooth starts erupting, some portion of the tooth can break through the bone and gum leading to a small hole in gum..
The gum tears to facilitate eruption of tooth but when there is less space in jaw, the tooth gets obstructed by the bone and does not erupt, thus is impacted..
Pain and white appearance of the gums seems to be due to infection in that area due to food accumulation in the hole caused by tearing of the gum leading to
Pericoronitis..
I would suggest you to consult an Oral Physician ad get evaluated and he can clean the area with antiseptic solution and saline..
He can advise you a course of antibiotics and painkillers along with gargle with antiseptic mouthwash solution..
In case if the similar symptoms recur again and again then extraction of wisdom tooth can help..
Hope your query is resolved..
Regards.
