Hello,

You are suffering from headache, swelling same side along with blood leak in throat after Blunt head injury. These symptoms must not be taken lightly. Blunt head injury can cause blunt vascular injury in brain in 25% cases of head injury. This can cause:
- Dural arterio-venous fistula
- CSF rhinorrhea
- Psedoaneurysm formation

All these conditions can cause painful headache, discharge in mouth and feeling of swelling or heaviness. To rule out these, you should consult neurosurgeon. He/she will advise CT head with angiography. Further treatment will depend upon confirmation of diagnosis. Meanwhile, at home, you should:
- Avoid heavy work
- Take rest
- Check BP regularly and avoid hypertension
- For pain relief, take Naproxen or ibuprofen after prescription

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
