What Causes Painful Hard Lump On The Cheek Post Injury?
Daughter got hit with a softball three weeks ago... Brused left cheek and under left eye. Bruse is completely gone, however, a small lump maybe a small pinpong ball size still remains in cheek with sharp pains. Can this be just a brused muscle, legament or a craked Cheek bone?

If it is painful then might have gotten infected. It needs topical treatment and tablet too (silver nitrate topical).
