What Causes Painful Growth On Outside Of Testicle?

Hi. I am 59 years old. Nobody in my family has ever had cancer or died from it. A couple of months ago I noticed my right testicle was becoming mishaped. Last month I noticed some kind of growth on the outside of my testicle sack. Today I am receiving a sharp pain every few minutes in my right testicle. Is this normal? Is this something I can expect from old age?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, this could be normal one and at the most this could be some nonspecific swelling and not the malignancy and this is nothing to worry, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
