What Causes Painful Burning Sensation In The Knee Despite Taking Cataflam And Tylenol?

Hello,I have been dealing with knee pain with it popping and upper thigh swelling and unable to bend leg for 3 weeks. I have been taking Cataflamm and a Tylenol 800 mg but still no relief. I have leg weakness and blurred vision and shortness of breath. I have no injuries to leg/knee I am overweight. Ice seems to help but just a short fix. It feels like its on fire but not hot to touch , at times it will be all of leg(right). I am frustrated other than above prescriptions I am not currently taking anything else. Thank You Debbie
