What Causes Painful Bumps On Body?

Yes. I have been getting red painful bumps that has been appearring on my body, arms, and legs periodically for over a year now that scabs and then heals into black spots. It happens randomly at anytime and anywhere. What can this possibly be?

thanks for asking,most common cause of painful bumps which are randomly distributed is chronic furuncle(Boil).
the other common thing in endemic zone of leprosy is Hansens disease with Type II reaction that is ENL.
you need to be examine by dermatologist for correct diagnosis and treatment accordingly.
