What Causes Painful Bumps In The Vagina?

I have been getting painful pimples on my vagina for a few years now. The most popular place is right near my buttocks but still near my vagina on both sides! Sex is impossible at this point. I was given doxycycline and clendamyacine to aid with treatment. They are more Like boils and very painful, they are hard to pop, I usually have to use a needle to poke them. They also come back after popping sometimes. Its so unattractive, it also happens around my buttocks and inner thighs. They leave terrible scars once they have popped and gone away. I don t know what to do anymore.

You are having skin infection in genital area.
Better not to poke around them with needles.
This will worsen the infection.
Doxycyclin and clindamycin are good antibiotics fir genital infection.
Also rule out diabetes.
Avoid moisture and perspiration in private parts. Keep proper hygiene of private parts.
Wash your undergarments and pants with your aseptic solution.
Wear only cotton and loose fitted clothes.
Drink plenty of fluids orally and keep yourself hydrated.
Don't worry, you will be alright with all these.
