What Causes Painful Bumps Between Shoulders?

I have a 2 large bump in between my shoulders. It s raised and feels like it has little bumps on it. It s hurts sometimes and itches others. It doesn t appear to ooze anything even if it is pushed on. The same time that started forming I also developed a pain in the bottom of my left armpit, closest to the body.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

It sounds like you may have a skin condition or a lump. It is best to consult a doctor or a dermatologist for an accurate diagnosis and appropriate treatment. They may recommend a biopsy or other tests to determine the cause of the bumps and pain. In the meantime, avoid scratching or picking at the bumps and keep the area clean and dry.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Priyanka, General & Family Physician
