What Causes Painful Bulge Pops Under Breast While Getting Up?

It doesn t happen all time but if I get up from laying to sitting position a very painful bulge pops up under right breast I been told its a muscle spasm but it hurts and I have to apply pressure to get it to go down. Breathing Imakes it hurt and I m sore the following day

It could be a muscle spasm.

As of now, you can use analgesics/anti-inflammatory combination like aceclofenac/serratiopeptidase for symptomatic relief.

If symptoms persist, it is better to consult a physician and get evaluated. You can go for a CT scan of the thorax for further assessment.
