Hello,

From the history provided , it appears that you could be having thrombophlebitis, which is inflammation of vein. It is important to find the reason for the same especially if the episodes are recurring.

Any history of trauma to the affected area? Do you have family history of joint pains, SLE, a blood clotting disorder ?

I recommend investigations to rule out cause of these bruises . It could be a simple thrombophlebitis, a hormone issue or a rheumatologic cause like SLE.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Binu Parameswaran Pillai
