Welcome at HCM i have gone through your query and being your physician I completely understand your health concerns.. What is your age? Are u sexually active? Do u have fever? Any history of renal stones? Based upon the your history it appear to be urinary tract infection. In my opinion you should get your urinalysis done to see any evidence of infection so that proper treatment can be initiated in time. Apart from this I would Like to look for the cause of infection too.... So you should meet your doctor so that proper management can be done. Secondly you should get full blood count along with abdominopelvic ultrasound to check for any pelvic pathology... And as far as arm numbness is concerned I don t think there is any association between these.... If there is no weakness in arm then u shouldn t worry.
