General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

As per your history, she had urinary tract infection which is more common in a female toddler.

As she was not urinated since Friday night, kindly rush to a urologist. She may require temporary catheterization to get relief from pain.

She may require a urine routine and culture sensitivity test. She may require antibiotics like syo. Cefixim and syp Paracetamol. keep her hydrated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
