What Causes Pain Under The Left Breast?

Hi, I am a 33-year-old female. I am 5 4 and weigh about 210. I am hypothyroid, however, it is controlled and has been for the last 5 years. I have been having some mild pains under my left breast that come and go for about a week now. Tension feeling in my neck, mild upper stomach pains, a heaviness feeling in my left shoulder(top), sometimes it travels down to my under arm or wrist. I have feelings of nausea or lightheadedness. Mild achy feelings in my back just under my shoulder blade on the left side. I just feel unwell. All the symptoms I described come and go throughout the day, but have been consistent for the last week.
