Hello Dr. I have pain behind or under (not able to pinpoint exactly) my right breast going through to my back which becomes worse when bending over the sink to wash dishes and other few positions. Also have griping abdominal pain very often with watery motions esp when I eat anything even a little heavy. Even regular non spicy light meals I usually pass motions after every meal sometimes even after tea but not watery. My latest blood test showed amylase level 149. Had endoscopy some months back showed slight duodenitis. Please advice if any other tests should be done and if there could be any other problem. Thank you.
