Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hello,

I suggest you consult an ophthalmologist for clinical assessment and relevant investigations.

Sleep irregularities can be due to sleep disturbance at night.

Try to sleep early at night, avoid beverages, avoid anxiety for better sleep.

If this does not work then you need to undergo sleep study after consultation with a pulmonologist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Shailja Puri, Pathologist and Microbiologist
