What Causes Pain Post A Surgery For Fissure?
respected sir, its is about post fissure surgery...my friend is suffering for the last 10 months with fissure ...he attend a surgery for fissure at 11th july...bt still he suffer alot with the pain and afraid a lot...he need to go back to classes with in 1 week and still he is not able to go...what are the reasons behind it sir? can we recover it from whole?

From history it seems that he might be having Fistula in ano giving still this problem.
Consult again your surgeon and get examined again.
Avoid constipation.
