As per your history you seem to have furancle on the tip of the nose. Because there is less connective tissue on nasal tip so it becomes more painful at slight inflammation. You can get a betathexone plus gentamycin combination cream which will be helpful in reducing the pain. You don t need to worry much, it will even reduce because of its own within a week.
