What Causes Pain On The Sole Of The Feet?
Hi! I normally where totally flat shoes--no heel or incline because I have hammer toes and a metatarsal issue .recently went to a wedding and wore dress shoes with a 1 1/2 chucky heal. Since then 4 weeks now i have had pain along the outside of my left foot and across the bottom of the foot whenever weight bearing. Ussually doesnt hurt at rest. This is different than my original pain issue in th E ball of foot and on too of foot. Is it the same issue or is this something else? What can i do for short term relief other than sit and ice?

hi I have read the details as mentioned by you. Your current pain , in my opinion , is due to strain on lateral ligaments of the ankle or plantar fascitis. I suggest pain killers , and ankle binder and soft heel for few days . If no relief then get an X ray of the heels .
