General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to plantar fasciitis. I suggest using anti inflammatory medication to relieve the pain such as Ibuprofen 400 mg three times a day. Physical therapy methods, including stretching exercises, are used to treat and prevent plantar fasciitis. You should consult an orthopedist for further evaluation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
