What Causes Pain On The Right Side Of The Abdomen?
Hi can you help me? My 3 year old is having pains on the right side of his stomach just before releasing diarrhoea like stool with a high smell. The pain only comes when he is about to pass his stool. I m using panadol syrup for the pain and a doctor prescribe enterogermina. He s been using it for a day but still seems to have alot of pain.

I have gone through your query. I suggest that you give him syrup Metronidazole along with the above medicine. After 7 days, deworm him with syrup Albendazole.
