Thank you for your query Your history points to Helicobacter pylori (H.Pylori) induced chronic peptic and duodenal ulcers.( stomach or gastric and the first part of the small intestine respectively) This infection is difficult to treat and there are few tests to see if you have been cured of it. However ulcers( erosion in the normal lining of the stomach and intestines) can take time to heal. Reducing the acidity of your stomach may help to alleviate the pain.
l would suggest a visit your doctor for prescription of proton pump inhibitors ( medicines that reduce the acid formation) and a possible retreatment with antibiotics if the infection still exists. Hope this helps. I would be glad to answer if you any more questions wish you good health
