What Causes Pain On The Left Side Of The Back?
Not sure if I have plurisy? It started with a pain in the top left of my back 4 days ago and thought I d pulled a muscle but since has been getting worse and now is in my left side of chest. I get sharp pain when I move mostly but sometimes been just aching. Only baffling as I don t have a cough or cold at all. Am hetting concerned though and am supposed to be flying in 10 days.

I really appreciate your concern, it may not be the thing as you are thinking but it could be just muscular spasm, without the x-ray study pleurisy can not be ruled out and if it need to be ruled out then better to get done the x-ray of chest, else you can try, "Tab Chlorzoxazone with Acetaminophen" three times in day, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
