What Causes Pain On Moving Arm After Shoulder Dislocation?

I had a anterior shoulder dislocation 7 months ago. I have tendinosis in two tendons and a partial tear in the tendon. I also have a minor tear in the labrium and bursits. Now the ultrasound shows a displaced fracture of the greater tuberosity. What can be done to help as I am in pain and cannot use my arm as I need to as I have impingement problems and stabbing pain when I move my arm in certain directions. If I do too much the arm aches down to the elbow and sometimes the hand. Thank you.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, this seems to be orthopedic surgery case and if this is fracture then it need surgical attention over all condition may need surgery and better to see the orthopedic opinion, conservative treatment may not give any good result, take care.
