What Causes Pain On Lower Right Side, Back Pain And Vomiting?

I have a pain on my lower right side. Need to defecate unable some back pain burping a little vomiting. Constipated feels like gas. Skied hard this morning didn t effect me until I went to the bathroom defecated but started to sweat and got nauseous.now can t go walking and cramping

plenty of dietary fiber
tab pantoprazole 40 mg with antacids
