What Causes Pain On Either Side Of The Sternum?
Starting last week and on my right side back near spine, I felt like I have pulled muscles (about height of my heart and lungs) this pain move around from my back to my sternum on right side. It seemed to lessen as last week went on. Now i notice the same pain on the immediate left side of my sternum.

It may be due to muscle sprain.
For that you can take tablet acetaminophen.
Do regular physical therapy.
Avoid strenuous activity.
Continue breathing exercises.
Apply diclofenac gel or heating pads may help
