What Causes Pain In Wrist And Forearm While Bending Or Twisting?
My right wrist hurts every time I bend or twist it. It s been over a month now. I ve also observed that whenever I bend my wirst there s like a small protruding bone. It s not really big, just a small one but quite visible and you can see the difference between my left and right wrist. Lastly, everytime I try to twist or bend my wrist my forearm hurts too.

Although uncommon in the region, but I would recommend a check on your serum uric acid and RA factor through a blood analysis. Next, please get physically examined and an x-ray film of the region. These investigations should help diagnose the cause and differentiate it from being a bone or tendon issue.
