What Causes Pain In Waist Radiating Towards Legs In A Diabetic Patient?
My husband just experienced pain from his waist down and numbness in both legs for about 2 minutes, and has had spells of pain and numbness in the past but not for a year or so. He is a type 2 diabetic and walks about 7 miles three times per week. He also has psoriatric arthritis but is not taking any meds for it at this point. He has a strong family history of heart disease and cancer

I really appreciate your concern, if it the history arthritis then this could be the cause of pain, it is better to get done MRI of spine and blood sugar level needs to be managed on tight rule basis else it is not related with heart disease, for the pain NSIAD can be used like Tab Diclofenac 50 mg once in day hope this information helps.
