What Causes Pain In Upper Stomach?

A WEEK AGO TUESDAY MY HUSBAND STARTING TO HAVE BLOOD IN HIS URINE AND BURNING..A COUPLE DAYS LATER THE BLEEDING STOPED BUT NOT THE BURN....A COUPLE DAYS AFTER THAT THE BURNING HAS STOPPED BUT HE HAS HAD THE PAIN IN UPPER STOMACH IN MIDDLE BY ASOPHAGUS THE WHOLE TIME AND ITS NOT GOING AWAY.....HE IS 40 YEARS OF AGE...ANY ANSWERS?

hello.
upper abdominal pain could be because of a lot of reasons which include esophageal spasm and gastritis and gastric ulcer. I would suggest you visit your doctor ASAP. your husband need an ultrasound of the abdomen to evaluate the cause of the pain as well as blood in urine. He will also need to get his CBC and renal function tests done .
