What Causes Pain In Upper Back Under The Shoulder Blade?
Hi. I am a 28 year old personal trainer and runner. couple days ago, I felt a pain in my upper back right under my shoulder blade. I used the foam roller when I felt it, but it has progressively gotten worse. It even hurts to breathe. I did acupuncture and massage on Thursday but today the pain has moved to the other side as well.
