What Causes Pain In Upper Arm After Ablation?

I had an ablation done at a hospital a month and a half ago that required me to be under for about 2 hours. The The procedure its self went fine, but my upper arm hurts still. I had a large bruise and a yellowish line on the upper part of my arm. The doctors say I should have no pain there. My primary doctor did blood work to rule out a clot and it came back negative. My arm aches, I have limited use and strength in it and this is a constant thing. I am thinking my arm may have dropped by accident when I was out.
