Hi
Welcome to healhcaremagic
After going through your query I concluded that you got injury to your perineum during doing dance and going splint. It is probably soft tissue injury ( Ligament and muscles). Treatment of it is rest and analgesic such as ibuprofen. Vitamin B and C is helpful in recovery. You can discuss with your treating Doctor about it. Hope your query get answered. If you have any further questions then don't hesitate to writing to us . I will be happy to help you.
