What Causes Pain In Thighs And Buttocks And Difficulty Walking?
While doing the splits in a dance class yesterday (positioned with left leg forward and rt leg behind) I heard a pop and felt a sharp pain somewhere between back of thigh and buttocks. Today I m unable to walk or sit on toilet because the pain is severe. What could this be?
Hi Welcome to healhcaremagic After going through your query I concluded that you got injury to your perineum during doing dance and going splint. It is probably soft tissue injury ( Ligament and muscles). Treatment of it is rest and analgesic such as ibuprofen. Vitamin B and C is helpful in recovery. You can discuss with your treating Doctor about it. Hope your query get answered. If you have any further questions then don't hesitate to writing to us . I will be happy to help you.
