What Causes Pain In The Wrists, Knees, Ankles And Back?

Hello. I have pain in my ankles wrists knees back and muscular aches. Mostly in the morning. It improves as the day continues. I also have fatigue after working for several hours. I am 50 years old. In good shape...mostly from muscle memory from my youth as a competitive swimmer. I started taking turmeric for inflammation. I feel like it is a strain to hold my posture up sometimes. What can I do.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I think the symptoms of articulations pain and fatigue you are experiencing may be related to arthritis. I think you may need to get evaluated doing a total blood count and formula, ERS, an X-ray of affected joints. Consult a rheumatologist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Olgeta Xhufka, General & Family Physician
