As you did not mention your age and gender as these things are important for diagnosis.
Any way pain may be due to these possibilities.
1 Arthritis , as you mentioned , so get blood for R A Factor (
rheumatoid arthritis ) , may be due to gout ( blood for uric acid ).
2 Trauma (
stress or
sprain ) , as both wrist involve and pain is also in forearm , so may be due to some very hard work or pulling of any thing by both hand.
3 Deficiency of calcium , if you are female and age is around 55 years .
Diagnosis can be confirmed by blood examination for calcium and
Vitamin D3.
So iburpofen and
naproxen are only symptomatic relief providers , so consult or deal as mentioned above.
